Hand-made & rolled, soft meringue roulade. Filled with fresh cream & raspberry sauce. Topped with nibbed hazelnuts.

Pre-portioned into 12 slices. A moist chocolate log split and sandwiched with rich chocolate fudge, the Yule log is covered with more fudge and sprinkled with sweet glucose based sugar dusting.
