We have a custom purpose-built high spec butchery that puts our customers needs at heart of everything it does. We care about our people and even develop our own home grown talented team. We have our own in-house butchery training scheme.
We care about where meat comes from and doing the right thing by the animals and farmers we source from.
We pride ourselves in Provenance. All our meats come from approved sources and meat supplied is compliant with the EU Animal Welfare Directive 98/58/EC and can be traced back to the farm.
Our meat is lovingly hand-picked and checked by one of our team of expertly skilled butchers.
From award winning sausages and burgers to something sensational from our Himalayan salt wall where the meat is cured for up to 21 days to give a distinctive depth of flavour!
