Two layers of light textured chocolate flavoured sponge layered with cream. Decorated with 18 cream rosettes, topped with cherries in cherry sauce & side decorated with chocolate flavoured chips.

Layers of toffee flavoured sponge, banana toffee filling & cream. Masked in cream & side coated with digestive biscuit crumb. Decorated with toffee sauce & caramel coating pieces.

Layers of light vanilla sponge, cream & strawberry filling. Decorated with cream rosettes & strawberries in strawberry sauce. Side decorated with shortcake crumb.

Chocolate truffle mousse with chocolate sponge. Finished with a chocolate mirror glaze.

Toffee roulade sponge layered with white chocolate mousse & honeycomb. Decorated with a caramel mirror glaze, white chocolate & honeycomb.

Two layers of coffee and vodka soaked sponge, filled and topped with a sweet mascarpone syllabub and finished with a sprinkling of cocoa dusting. This gateau is pre-portioned into 21 portions and packed 1 per outer.
