To make a strawberry milkshake, mix 1 part Crusha to 7 parts cold milk.

To make a banana milkshake, mix 1 part Crusha to 7 parts cold milk.

To make a chocolate milkshake, mix 1 part Crusha to 7 parts cold milk.
