Well on its first outing our Truffle Salami won 'best new product' at the Royal Norfolk Show so we have to say we think you will be pretty bowled over with this little truffly number. We only use the best Smoked Paprika in this little beauty, Smoked Pimenton from del la Vera to create our Chorizo, this is more of a warming taste than a chilli hit, we recommend chewing for at least 6 seconds to get the different levels of flavour (we know that sounds weird, just try it) The length of flavour is incredible and lack of greasy aftertaste, a revelation
