Happy cows roam Fossfield Farm in Yorkshire producing the Yorvale Ice Cream stocked here at Pilgrim Foodservice. To this day, the farm is maintained by founders Ian and Lesley who use traditional farming methods, allowing ‘the girls’ to roam acres of land freely.
