It was a happy day at Pilgrim Foodservice when our Development Chef, Mike House, tried out this Oriental inspired rib recipe! Lip-lickingly sticky, tender ribs with an amazingly sweet and umami flavour.

Ingredients (click each ingredient to see the product page)
1 Pork Loin Ribs Rack (550-600g)
Method
Mix all the ingredients together, brush the marinade on the ribs, thoroughly coating all over. Leave to marinade for 2 to 3 hours.
Place the ribs in a deep sided tray, cover with foil and cook at 180 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
