Our third burger of the series includes a mix of traditional burger accompaniments and some unique additions to make it stand out from the crowd. The burger is built around C.J. Butchers’ Caramelised Onion & Black Pepper Burger and features fresh lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, tomato chutney and dill gherkins. The burger is then topped with a generous serving of pulled pork, an indulgent combination to keep your customers happy.
Global Farms’ Pulled Pork is a brilliant solution if you don’t have time to create pulled pork from scratch as it is ready to heat and shred. Chunks of pork shoulder are slow cooked for 5 hours in a pouch to retain their natural juices. The pork is seasoned but without sauce so that you can add your own flavour choice.
