Following on from our BBQ Double Stack Burger, we present the Halloumi Fire Burger. This one is for the slightly more adventurous, fusing some of the most on-trend flavours.
Halloumi cheese is well-loved and super-summery, we added a slice on top of our succulent 6oz burger from C.J. Butchers.
We wanted an explosion of summer flavour, so we also added chilli jam, chipotle mayo, smoked bacon and some smoky roasted red peppers.
This burger is easy to make and perfect to enjoy outdoors in the sunshine.
Why not offer a side of loaded fries? We mixed in some pulled pork and melted cheese, creating the ultimate guilty pleasure.
Our 15mm Hand Cut Chips are cut in our Fresh Produce Preparation Facility using selected potato varieties to guarantee amazing crunch on the outside and fluffy centres.
