To help kickstart your spring and summer menus, our Development Chef, Mike, has created some mouth-watering burger ideas using our C.J. Butchers’ burgers.
Mike calls his first creation the “Double-stack BBQ Burger”. Starting with a base of Speciality Breads’ rustic, seed topped Tennesse Grillhouse buns, Mike added two juicy 4oz C.J. Butchers’ Classic Burgers. To give this burger a truly smoky bbq flavour, Mike added a combination of crispy beechwood smoked bacon, Applewood smoked cheddar slices and Stokes’ sweet with molasses style barbecue sauce. Fresh rocket and beef tomato slices add the finishing touch. This one is for the BBQ lovers in all of us!
