The act of toasting marshmallows over a crackling fire and assembling the perfect s'more fosters a sense of joy, camaraderie, and relaxation. By indulging in s'mores, we tap into a comforting and sentimental part of our past.
Social Media's Influence
The rise of social media platforms like Instagram and Pinterest has played a significant role in the renewed popularity of s'mores. With tantalizing photos flooding their feeds, people are enticed to recreate these picturesque treats and share their own experiences online, further fuelling the trend.

From using flavoured marshmallows (such as caramel, strawberry, or toasted coconut) to incorporating different types of chocolate (such as dark, white, or flavoured bars), the possibilities for flavour combinations are virtually endless. These innovative twists on the traditional recipe have intrigued food enthusiasts, contributing to the s'more's resurgence.
Versatility for Any Occasion

S’mores Pizza Recipe
Method
Bake your pizza base in a preheated oven until it’s partially cooked.
Remove from the oven and spread with a generous layer of Nutella.
Top with chocolate drops and marshmallows (any size will do but big ones are extra-melty!) and return to the oven for about 5 minutes to finish baking the crust. The marshmallows should start to puff and brown but watch carefully to avoid burning the tops. If necessary, place under the grill for a couple of minutes to finish them off.
