1. Chop pieces of Belgian chocolate brownie and caramel brownie into squares then pop in microwave for 20 seconds
2. Add big scoop of double chocolate ice cream into the base of your cup
3. Layer with the chunks of warm Belgian brownie
4. Add big scoop of caramel ice cream on top
5. Place caramel brownie pieces on top
6. Drizzle with caramel sauce
7. Pop in a chocolate pencil or two
