Love Soup use fresh ingredients and good stock to deliver the great kitchen-made taste that you won’t get from a long-life soup. We have taken on two new festive soups to add to your Christmas menus. They are both suitable for Vegans and are supplied frozen. The soup is in two x 2kg pouches.

White Bean Minestrone

This White Bean Minestrone Soup is a wonderfully festive red colour. The soup consists of a flavourful selection of tomato, red peppers, mixed vegetables and cannellini beans seasoned with wine vinegar, garlic, herbs and spices.

Our Development Chef, Mike, recommends a serving size of 250g. Each 2kg pouch yields 8 x 250g portions (16 portions per case).

Vegan Cauliflower, Lentil & Spinach Soup

Full of on-trend flavours, this is a lightly spiced soup with chunky-cut vegetables and lentils. Lemongrass, red chilli, mustard seeds and coconut milk add a superbly warming and aromatic flavour. Perfect as a Vegan starter or as a warming lunch served with freshly baked bread.

We added a slice of Delifance's Olive and Oregano Bloomer as an accompaniment to the soup. Part-baked bread is great for baking and serving with soup, serve warm for that 'just-baked' aroma and flavour.
