Mouthwatering ways to serve C.J.Butchers’ chicken wings
Sweet, sticky, a little crispy and totally moreish. Our Development Chef, Mike, cooked our C.J. Butchers Chicken Wings in two different marinades and served up some Asian inspired slaw as the perfect side. Our butchers prepare the wings in our butchery and our produce team create the slaw mix in our preparation facility – the perfect bases for you to add your flavour.
MISO WINGS

800g C.J. Butchers Chicken Wings
80ml Water
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Pour over the chicken wings and thoroughly coat. Allow to marinade for 4 to 5 hours
Place on a tray and cook in the oven at 180 degrees, turning to allow the wings to cook evenly. They should take approximately 30 to 35 minutes to cook.
SWEET CHILLI WINGS

800g C.J. Butchers Chicken Wings
10g finely chopped Red Chillies
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and thoroughly coat the wings with the marinade. Cook on a tray, lined with greaseproof paper, at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn the wings frequently during cooking to avoid burning.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and combine with the coleslaw mix and soy beans until thoroughly mixed.
