There is currently a minimum delivery value of £100.
Delivery is free if you place an order over the minimum delivery value of £100.
From our depot in Boston, we deliver to just inside the M25 and all the way up to Bridlington and Sheffield, We even go as far west as Birmingham. For our coverage map, see our Where We Deliver page.
We are currently only able to deliver to business customers.
Register to become a customer via our Contact Us form. Once submitted one of our sales reps will be in touch to complete the process.
Usually, this process is complete within 48 hours. That includes hearing from your dedicated account manager and getting the account set up and routed, ready for ordering.
An account is set up using one email address. Whichever email account is used the first time you order will be linked to your trade account so ensure this is not a personal email address.
If you forget your password, you can reset it. This will send an email to the linked email address on the account with a link to reset the password.
You are able to collect your order from our depot in Boston.
Your dedicated account manager will be able to provide training on how to order online.
Sometimes products are discontinued and will no longer appear on the web. Sometimes product codes are changed due to a change in ingredients, allergens, or pack size. If you are unable to find a product by using a product code, try searching for it by name in the search bar. If you are still unable to find it, speak to us on our live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org for customer service support.

You can’t add to or edit an existing order online but you can place additional orders. The minimum order value of £100 only applies to delivery, so you can add as many additional orders as need to, up to the 8pm cut off point.
We are currently unable to remove items from orders placed online. If you would like to remove items or change an order, please ring telesales on 01205 312700 prior to their 5pm cut off.
You will receive your order on the day of your next delivery in your area. Customers can select any delivery date within their allotted delivery days.
Catchweight is used for products which do not come in a set portion size. This could be something like a Turkey Butterfly as an example. When ordering a Turkey Butterfly, you will receive a Turkey Butterfly anywhere between the size range listed in the product description (1-6kg).
Weighted items are only displayed with the kg price and not a total price. An example of this would be minced beef, which is ordered in kg measures.
Our meat is responsibly sourced and can come from a range of places. If you need to know where a particular product comes from, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each product is clearly labelled with the use-by date.
