Method

1. Place all ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil gently simmer for approximately 10 mins.
2. Reduce untill sticky, liquidise until smooth
3. Use to glaze turkey during cooking brushing on at different cooking stages. Finally when removing from the oven glaze again, and rest the turkey.

• 100g Caster sugar
