    Brie and Sausage Pigs in Blanket Recipe


    Method

    1. Roll out Sausage meat between silicone paper or flatten by hand.
    2. Cut brie into thin slices and lay on the sausage meat wrap the sausage meat around and seal.
    3. Cut and seal the ends wrap in bacon.
    4. Grill or bake in the oven until golden brown and bacon is crisp.
