Brandy Sauce Recipe
- Melt the butter on a low heat and stir in the flour. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then stir in the milk and cream.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes to cook out the flour, stirring all the time.
- Stir in the brandy to taste and add the sugar
- 110g Plain flour
- 110g Dairy unsalted butter
- 1000g Whole milk
- 200g Double cream (fresh)
- 150g Cuisinewine Cooking Brandy 27%
