Brandy Sauce Recipe

Method:

  1. Melt the butter on a low heat and stir in the flour. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then stir in the milk and cream.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes to cook out the flour, stirring all the time.
  3. Stir in the brandy to taste and add the sugar

Ingredients:

  • 110g Plain flour
  • 110g Dairy unsalted butter
  • 1000g Whole milk
  • 200g Double cream (fresh)
  • 150g Cuisinewine Cooking Brandy 27%
