Pizza is a versatile food that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, and on National Pizza Day (9th Feb), why not try out this unique and different Beetroot, Pesto & Goats cheese Pizza? The vegetable's sweet and earthy flavour balances out the saltiness of the cheese. Here is how to replicate it with our ingredients:

- Get your dough and spread it out to make it into a pizza shape
- Spread lashings of green pesto onto the pizza base
- Brush olive oil around the edges of the dough to give a nice golden finish
- Arrange chunks of goats cheese and beetroot on the top, using as much or as little as you like.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle died oregano on the top.
- Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes or until everything is caramelised. Keep an eye on it as it will not take long to cook and you don’t want the toppings to burn.
- Serve with fresh basil or rocket and a sprinkle of rock salt. Enjoy!
