    Beetroot Pesto and Goats Cheese Pizza

    Pizza is a versatile food that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, and on National Pizza Day (9th Feb), why not try out this unique and different Beetroot, Pesto & Goats cheese Pizza? The vegetable's sweet and earthy flavour balances out the saltiness of the cheese. Here is how to replicate it with our ingredients:

    Recipe:

    1. Get your dough and spread it out to make it into a pizza shape
    2. Spread lashings of green pesto onto the pizza base
    3. Brush olive oil around the edges of the dough to give a nice golden finish
    4. Arrange chunks of goats cheese and beetroot on the top, using as much or as little as you like.
    5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle died oregano on the top.
    6. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes or until everything is caramelised. Keep an eye on it as it will not take long to cook and you don’t want the toppings to burn.
    7. Serve with fresh basil or rocket and a sprinkle of rock salt. Enjoy!
