The Smiling Cook Puttanesca Sauce (6x1L)

Puttanesca is one of the most traditional Italian pasta sauces, which exist for centuries: a solid and typical sauce with big chunks of black and green olives. The taste of olives dominates. One can easily enrich this sauce with capers, anchovy strips and/or garlic. This Puttanesca sauce deliberately does not contain anchovies and capers because you better add these typical ingredients freshly to the sauce!
