Melusine Goats Log (1kg)

A cylindrical log of soft pasteurised cheese with white mould coat and distinctive flavour. Manufactured from goat's milk. Presented unwrapped and uncovered on base with plastic straw supports. Desiccation (weight loss) will occur over life, by up to 25% at end of life.
