Meadow Land

Meadowland Professional is a 72% vegetable fat spread. Made from a blend of plant oils and buttermilk. Ideal for spreading or as an alternative to butter. Use just like butter, suitable for baking, cooking, spreading, and frying. Suitable for freezing.

A cream alternative made from a blend of buttermilk and vegetable oil. Perfect for cooking and pouring. Meadowland is more stable than dairy cream in applications using acids, such as lemon juice and alcohol. Use straight from the pack in the same way as dairy cream. Flip top lid for easy opening, pouring and re-sealing. Does not split, even when boiled. No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
