Greek Style Yoghurt (5kg)

Greek Style Yogurt 1x5kg. Whole milk is separated, and the resulting skim & cream pasteurised and stored. The skim and cream are mixed with dry ingredients. This is pasteurised, homogenised, and cooled into storage tank for culture addition and blending. This cultured blend is packed and stored in warm room before transferring into chilled storage prior to despatch.
