A prepared Hollandaise sauce. A ready to use rich thick buttery sauce with a hint of lemon. Perfect base to build from and also perfect with eggs, asparagus & salmon. Simply add any ingredients to make a flavoured hollandaise or add tarragon to create the perfect Bernaise. Suitable for vegetarians, bain-marie stable, suitable for freezing and commercially sterile unopened.
