A coarse textured pâté made from fresh, marinated wild boar meat, exotic spices & red wine. Tunnel shaped. Based in Belgium, De Spiegeleire is a family owned company specialising in producing high quality pâté. Fresh livers are cleaned by hand to eliminate any bitter taste. Only fresh ingredients are used where possible.
