Complete all in one custard mix, simply add boiling water - no stove required. 300 x 55ml portions per 3kg pack. Holds in a bain marie. Add cocoa powder for chocolate custard.

Original custard powder. Add milk & sugar. 1000 x 55ml portions per bag. No added sugar. Also works with milk alternatives such as soya or almond milk. Use in bakery goods such as bread & brioche to enrich the colour. Can be made to set - ideal for trifles or blancmange. Bain marie stable.

Dry cheesecake filling mix. Add water or milk. Makes 96 x 41.5g portions (4 x 10" deep fill cheesecakes). Allow 4 hours to set firmly.
